湧命法センターは骨盤湧命法の技術向上と
普及を目的とした団体です。
骨盤湧命法は骨盤・全身の骨格の矯正、筋肉の
調整を行う日本発祥の手技療法の一つであり、
その技術は世界中に広まっています。

Yumeiho Center is an organization aimed
at the improving and the spreading Yumeiho’s
techniques.
Yumeiho is one of the alternative
therapy originating in Japan that corrects the pelvis and
adjusts the whole body skeleton and muscle.
That Yumeiho therapy technique is spreading
all over the world.

宰園寺正幸氏 東京に生まれる Mr. Masayuki Saionji was born in Tokyo.
1975
中国語、書道教師の仕事を通じて少林拳整復術研究家　大野秀一氏と出会い師事。 Mr. Saionji met with Mr. Shuichi Ono, a researcher of Shaolin Kempo through the work of Chinese language and calligraphy teachers, and then learned the Master’s technique from him.

東京に国際予防医学実践研究所（湧命法センター）を設立。 Established the International Preventive Medicine Practice Institute (Yumeiho Center) in Tokyo.

In Romania, the Ministry of Education and Labor of the Romanian government officially authorized Yumeho as the name “low back pain therapy”.

Yumeiho was licensed by the Ukrainian government and invited to speak at a medical conference be held by the Ukrainian Ministry of Health in May 2002.

Demonstrated Yumeiho to 60 physiotherapists at a municipal hospital in Osijek outside the meeting program.

湧命療法7段の検査のルール

講習会を開催し、試験を行い、認定証（証明書）を発行することは、教師および師範（５，６，７段）のみが行えます。
４段施術者は、同意を得て、教師の下でのみ、アシスタントとして講習会を行うことができます。試験や認定証の発行はできません。

To lead a courses, make exams and issue the diplomas (certificates) can ONLY therapist from group JOKYU and SHIHAN (5, 6 and 7 Dan).

4 dan therapist can lead courses as an assistant only with the consent and under the supervision of their teacher. It can not perform examinations and issue diplomas.

教師は、日本の湧命法センターまたはそのような権利を持つ正式な代表者と特別な契約を結んでいる必要があります。

Teacher must be have a special contract with Yumeiho Center in Japan or with their official representative, who has such a right.

５段の試験は日本でのみ行われます。

Exam for 5 dan must be only in Japan.

日本で発行されたオリジナルの認定証のみが有効です。

Only original diplomas issued in Japan will be valid.

すべての認定証は日本製です。日本語と英語で書かれています。日本の湧命法センターの印、センター所長の尾﨑久幸氏の印、教師から与えられた固有の番号が押印されています。教師の印と署名を入れることもできます。このような認定証のみが有効です。

All diplomas are made in Japan. They are in Japanese and English. They have the seal of the Yumeiho Center in Japan, the seal of the director of the Center – Mr. Hisayuki Ozaki, a unique number given by the teacher. It can also be stamped and signed by the teacher. Only such diplomas are valid.

３～５段の段位保持者は、毎年ライセンス料を支払う必要があります。
代表者がライセンス料を支払わない場合は、代表者および指導者の権限が停止されます。
３～５段の段位保持者がライセンス料を支払わない場合は、その人は湧命法の名称を使用することができません。
また、その場合、その人は湧命法の活動を停止したものとみなされ、その年は段位昇格に必要な期間に含まれません。

Every 3 – 5 Dan owners have to pay yearly licensee.
If the representative does not pay the license fee, the authority of the representative and teacher will be suspended.
If 3-5 Dan owner do not pay the license fee, the person will not be able to use the Yumeiho name.
Additionally, in that case, that person will be deemed to have ceased their Yumeiho activities, and that year will not be included in the period required for Dan promotion.

RULES OF EXAMINATIONS FOR THE SEVEN DANS OF YUMEIHO THERAPY ACCORDING TO HISAYUKI OZAKI – DIRECTOR OF THE YUMEIHO CENTRE IN JAPAN

７つの段位の試験と認定（初段、２段、３段、４段、５段、６段、７段）

Examining and certification of the seven grades (Dan 1, Dan 2, Dan3, Dan 4, Dan 5, Dan 6, Dan 7.)

  1. 段位１（初段 初心者コース）はこのコースを修了した者に授与されます。

    Grade 1 ( Dan 1 beginner’s course) Is awarded to the person who complete the course.

  2. 段位２（２段）。初心者コースを修了した者は、このコースに申し込むことができます。試験に合格すると認定証が授与されます。

    Grade 2 ( Dan 2 ). People who successfully complete the Beginners course are entitled to apply for this course. A Diploma is awarded to the persons who passes the exam.

  3. 段位３（３段）。湧命法療法を行うための認可を得るためには、このコースを申請する必要があります。３段の認定証を申請したい人は、2段の認定証を取得してから少なくとも １年、または国が認める医療関連の国家資格を持つ医師、理学療法士、カイロプラクター、整骨医、マッサージ師の場合は 3ヵ月待たなければなりません。３段のコースは、最低30時間の授業時間でなければなりません。このコースを無事に修了し、試験に合格した者は、湧命法師として働く権利が得られます。

    Grade 3 ( Dan 3 ) Person must apply for this course, in order to get authorization to carry on Yumeiho therapy. Person wishing to applying for 3rd Dan Diploma, must wait at least one year after receiving 2nd Dan Diploma or three months if is physician, physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, masseur-who have a national qualification related to medical care recognized by the country. The course for 3rd Dan must last minimum 30 school hours. Person who successfully completes this course and pass exam has earned the right to work as a Yumeiho Therapist.

  4. 段位４（４段）。４段認定証を申請するには、３段の認定証を受け取った日から少なくとも ２年間待つ必要があります。４段認定証の保有者は、教師の監督と同意のもと、２段までのコースを教えることができます。

    Grade 4 ( Dan 4 ) In order to apply for 4th Dan Diploma, you must wait at least two year, from the day you receive your 3rd Dan Diploma. Holder of 4th Dan Diploma can teach courses up to grade 2, under the supervision and with the consent of their teacher.

  5. 段位５（５段）（教師グレード）。５段の認定証を申請するには、４段の認定証を受け取った日から少なくとも２年待ち、最低６回（指導教師が５段の場合は６コース、 指導教師が６段の場合は５コース、 指導教師が７段の場合は４コース）の 湧命法療法全コースに参加し、自国の公式代表者とヨーロッパの公式代表者（ヨーロッパのみ）の推薦を受ける必要があります。５段認定の試験は日本でのみ開催されます。５段認定証の保持者は、３段までの指導と試験を実施できます。５段の講師は、日本の湧命法センターまたは湧命法センターによって任命された人物とすべての適切な契約に署名する義務があります。認定証には、３段までの指導資格に関する注釈が含まれています。

    Grade 5 ( Dan 5 ) ( Teacher Grade ) In order to apply for 5th Dan Diploma, you must wait at least two year from the date you receive 4th Dan Diploma, have to participate in minimum 6 ( 6 courses if leading teacher is 5th Dan, 5 courses if leading teacher is 6th Dan, 4 courses if leading teacher is 7th Dan) Yumeiho therapy full courses and have recommendation of official Representative in his country and European Official representative (in Europe only). Exams for 5th Dan Diploma are held in Japan only. Holder of 5th Dan Diploma can teach and hold examinations up to 3rd Dan. 5th Dan instructors are obliged to sign all appropriate agreements with the Yumeiho Centre in Japan or with a person appointed by the Yumeiho Centre. The Diploma contains annotation about instructors entitlement up to 3rd Dan.

  6. 段位６（６段）（上級教師）。師範であり日本の湧命法センター所長である尾﨑久幸氏のみが考案した定規に基づいて授与されている。６段の認定証を申請するには、５段認定証を受け取った日付から少なくとも10年待つ必要があります。６段認定証の保有者は、４段までのすべての研修と試験を行うことができます。さらに、彼はすべてのタイプのプロモーションと湧命法療法の催し物を行うことができます。６段講師は、日本の湧命法センターまたは湧命法センターが任命した人物との適切な契約に署名する義務があります。認定証には、４段までの指導資格に関する注釈が含まれています。６段は、国の公式代表のためにのみ設定されています。

    Grade 6 ( Dan 6 ) ( High Teacher Grade ). Are being awarded based on ruler worked out by Hisayuki Ozaki Master and director of the Yumeiho Centre in Japan alone. In order to apply for 6th Dan Diploma, you must wait at least ten years for the date you receive your 5th Dan Diploma. The holder of 6th Dan Diploma can lead all training and examinations up to and including 4th Dan. Moreover he can perform all type of promotion and shows of Yumeiho Therapy. 6th Dan Instructors are obliged to sign all appropriate agreements with the Yumeiho Centre in Japan or with a person appointed by the Yumeiho Centre. Diploma contains the annotation about the instructors entitlement up to 4th Dan. 6 Dan is reserved only for the country official representatives.

  7. 段位７（７段）。日本の湧命法センター所長 尾﨑久幸氏のみが考案した定規に基づいてのみ授与される。７段の認定証を取得するには、６段の認定証を受け取った日から少なくとも２年間待つ必要があります。７段認定証の保有者は、６段までのすべての研修と試験を行うことができます。 さらに、彼はすべてのタイプのプロモーションと湧命法療法の催し物を行うことができます。
    ７段講師は、日本の湧命法センターまたは湧命法センターから任命された人物との適切な契約に署名する義務があります。認定証には、６段までの指導資格に関する注釈が含まれています。

    Grade 7 ( Dan 7). Is only awarded based on the ruler worked out by Hisayuki Ozaki Master and director of the Yumeiho Centre in Japan alone. In order to get 7th Dan Diploma you must wait at least two years from the date you have received your 6th Dan Diploma. The holder of 7th Dan Diploma can lead all training and examinations up to and including 6th Dan. Moreover, he can perform all type of promotion and shows of Yumeiho Therapy.

    7th Dan Instructors are obliged to sign all appropriate agreements with the Yumeiho Centre in Japan or with a person appointed by the Yumeiho Centre. Diploma contains the annotation about the instructors entitlement up to 6th Dan.

  8. 湧命法のすべての指導者は、日本の湧命法センターが発行する認定証を取得する義務があります。これらの認定証は数量限定で日本で印刷されます。
    新しい認定証には、師範であり日本の湧命法センター所長の尾﨑久幸氏の署名と押印が含まれています。2013年5月以降は、これらが、発行される唯一の認定証となります。

    All instructors of Yumeiho are obliged to take Diplomas issued by the Yumeiho Centre in Japan. These Diplomas are printed in Japan in limited amount. The new Diplomas contain the signature and the seal of Hisayuki Ozaki Master and director of the Yumeiho Centre in Japan. From May 2013 these are to be the only Diplomas issued.

  9. すべての湧命法講師は、コースの参加者の詳細（氏名、姓、住所、年齢、性別、職業、授与された認定証の日付）を日本の湧命法センターに通知する義務があります。

    Every Yumeiho instructors are obliged to inform the Yumeiho Centre in Japan of the detail of course participants (name, surname, address, age, sex, profession and date of Diploma awarded).

  10. すべての講師は日本の湧命法センター、または湧命法センターによって任命された人物と適切な契約を結ぶ義務があります。

    All instructors are obliged to sign appropriate agreements with the Yumeiho Centre in Japan or with a person appointed by the Yumeiho Centre.

  11. すべての講師（教師）は初段の認定証を発行する必要があります。

    All instructors (teachers) have to issue diploma from 1 Dan.
